(Relocated) Kush Mart is conveniently located right off the 101 Freeway on the corner of Gower and Selma in Hollywood. There is a very small parking lot on the Selma side of this dispensary. While we recommend parking here, there are meters on Gower. Be careful parking at the meters for over an hour and do not park there after 4pm. The verification room here is more of a narrow hallway with a small verification window. An armed security guard stands on the other side of the window and will let you in after a quick confirmation of your patient status. Once verified, you are buzzed into the waiting room, which is basically the same room as the medication room. The waiting room side has plenty of seating and a small display of t-shirts and art for sale. You are permitted to medicate in this area.
The medication area has two average sized display cases with random smoking accessories and items for sale. There is a menu board on the wall to the right of the display cases. The medication is freshly stored in jars in a fridge just tell them what you want to see. Kush Mart has a strain for just about every taste. We saw everything from the $45/8th Shishkaberry to some high quality Sour Diesel priced at $75/8th. There were sativas, indicas, purples, kushes and hybrids. They had one type of hash and a few edibles.
The staff at Kush Mart is extremely knowledgeable about medical cannabis. They are also sincerely compassionate. They offer 10% off on Sundays, for people disability cards, and for anyone wearing a Kush Mart T-Shirt. First time patients receive a free edible or $5 off their purchase. These guys also donate to a variety of cannabis and childrenÕÍÕs related charities. We recommend them if you are in the Hollywood area because they are located directly off the 101 and they have something for everyone.
