West Valley Caregivers (WVC) is conveniently located at the
border of Woodland Hills and Calabasas. If you are taking the 101 Fwy, just make
a quick turn onto Ventura Blvd., towards Calabasas and Bowling Alley (head west
past Fallbrook). There is a large neon pot leaf in the window, which makes this
place easy to spot. The parking lot is small with narrow spaces; we have always
found parking with ease the many times we have visited. The front door leads you
into a tiny, caged in hall that is adjacent to the waiting room. There is a small
reception window where, after verified, you are a hot second away from getting
buzzed into the wait-less waiting and medication rooms. The waiting room here
is cozy, the entire place has hardwood floors and a soothingly fresh paint job.
We sat in the comfy leather couch, just to test it out, as there was no wait...
and we put some Weed Connection cards on the bookshelf. One of them has a secret
code redeemable for a free 8th from Weed Connection... better get their fast!
..and consider yourself lucky if you find it!!!
The medication room here is spacious and has a really nice overall feel. There
is a water cooler, an ATM, and a rack of T-Shirts right by the entrance. The room
is lined with 5 display cases, which hold a ginormous selection of everything...
They had all sorts of smoking accessories including waterpipes, pipes, papers,
and even Peach Optimos (my fav). Never tried this stuff, but they had 420 Energy
Drinks, the full line of 215 Bottling Co. sodas, edibles from a few bakeries including
Chef Wolf Dank Pot. They really had it all: honey, cookies, brownies, muffins,
jollyranchers, med breath strips, glycerin drops, concentrates, hash, kif, etc.
They do not have a huge selection of strains (about 10-20), but what they do have
is chronic. Every strain here is very different and compassionately priced, grams
range from $10-20 and 8ths $35-65. Tried some of the 818 O.G. mmmm tasty!!! Very
pleased with that selection. We have also been medicated on and recommend the
Fire OG and their Blackberry.
WVC has an excellent and knowledgeable staff, top-quality medication, and tons
of daily specials. Weed Connection is very impressed by how much better this place
has gotten and mos definitely recommends you visit them... on Mondays and Sundays
for a free joint, on your birthday for a free gram, and for the first time for
a free gram of kif. Basically, just go check these guys out and we promise you
will not be disappointed. Make sure to tell them that you read this unbiased review.
