CLOSED - West Valley Co-op is a really nice dispensary in the San Fernando Valley. They have a real cool location right on Ventura Blvd. What\'s cool is that it's kind of tucked away in the back and you just go up some stairs to their suite. Look for the big flower shop sign. You can\'t miss it. They don't have an elevator but they are more than willing to run medication down to handicap patients. There waiting room is really roomy and well thought out and they had plenty of stuff to read while you are waiting for your verification. They have one guard at the door and a standard buzzer entry.The staff here is also super cool. They are super laid back and seem to be all about compassion!
They recently beefed up security and added a gate between the waiting and medication rooms. As far as the strain menu some of the product they had to offer included...Bubba Kush, Purple Kush, Og Kush, NYC Diesel, Grape Ape, Gods Gift, Pure Kush, and Orange Crush. I tried the Purple Kush and NYC Diesel and was very impressed with both. The standout was for sure the Purple Kush. This stuff is the real deal. Huge kush buds, full of trichomes with a sprinkle of orange hairs. The real beauty of it is when you break it open. The inside of these nugs are a deep purple and light green color with an unbelievable smell and taste. The taste is so flavorful with Bubba Kush tones and a noticeable purple influence. The Diesel was excellent as well, not some knock off wannabe like so many clubs have. They always seem to have a good amount of selection in, including hash, and pre-rolled joints. They always seem to have a few different Kif's and concentrates as well. As far as edibles, they usually have homemade cookies and other baked goodies. The prices seemed really fair and compassionate. They also do all kinds of specials which is super cool.
I really like what these guys have going on and I highly suggest you stop by. They always have something new to try and are very educated about medical marijuana.
