These truffles came straight from the chef. I met this guy while running from collective to collective doing my thing in West Los Angeles. We exchanged business cards and met up another day at In-N-Out in Westwood. He brought me some truffles, which made for a nice dessert. I hooked him up with at least one collective and that was the last I heard of him. I think he owes me a wedding cake--is what he offered if I could get someone to sell his goods. All of these truffles were delicious. There was a variety of flavors including pineapple coconut, mint chocolate, peanut butter cholocate, and red velvet. The chef told me he had some vision for these being served as desserts at dinner parties. Honestly, they were bomb, but they will put everyone to sleep. The fade was heavy and drowsy. I think there was a slight body high. My eyelids weighed a hundred million pounds. Recommended before bed. Good for insomnia.
