Tomorrow @RussellRope will be motioning in pro se defense for suppression of illegally obtained evidence that was seized through unreasonable and warrantless searches in violation of the Fourth Amendment to The Constitution of the United States of America.
Evidence to be suppressed includes the existence of an arrest warrant, information used to get that 'not a search warrant' for the purpose of making an unlawful arrest and engaging fraudulent and malicious prosecution based on false statements by a lying parking officer who failed at entrapping @RussellRope while he should have been safe at home WTF. More specifically and appropriate for this audience, photographs of medical cannabis and alcohol were taken during illegal search and it is most probable that the malicious prosecution plans to use evidence of nothing to further attack the character and innocence of the defendant and creator @WeedConnection
