Throwback to The Simpsons OG / Creator of @WeedConnection character @RussellRope (not actually aired, but prepared to post yesterday because someone gave us the wrong date for a Hempy The Simpsons Day, which would have commemorated the anniversary of the airing of the first episode, but that turned out to be in December of 1989.
